What this opportunity is

This is a 12-month graduate internship where you support the Sales and Key Account team with day-to-day sales activities, customer requests, internal coordination, and admin work. The role is positioned in a Sales & Marketing environment, supporting Personal Health brands and sales execution.

What you’ll do / learn

You’ll build practical sales support skills by helping the team track and coordinate sales activity, supporting promotions, maintaining data and reporting, and working across internal teams to keep deliverables on track.

  • Support Key Account Managers and the Sales team with sales-related activities and customer requests
  • Manage back-end support for sales and the sales tracking process for South Africa
  • Work with marketing, finance, pricing, and logistics to drive required deliverables
  • Perform admin tasks such as brand & competitor research, competitor pricing and market analysis, data entry (Excel), scheduling, and presentation support
  • Assist with retailer promotional grids and track promotions across websites, in-store, and broadsheets
  • Support promotional materials for launches/campaigns (product listings, descriptions, spec sheets, barcodes, images, etc.)

Eligibility requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or another relevant field
  • South African graduate with all modules/credits completed, with a minimum 60% average
  • Qualifications obtained post-2022 are preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player; self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Available to work full time (40 hours/week – hybrid)
