What this opportunity is
This is a structured client care internship that supports the Client Care team with assisted customer service, basic client queries, and day-to-day administrative servicing tasks across multiple service channels. You’ll work under supervision, learn service standards, and build workplace confidence in a financial services environment.
What you’ll do / learn
You’ll gain practical experience supporting client enquiries and internal admin processes, while learning how service teams document, track, escalate and resolve cases.
- Assist with client enquiries and escalate more complex cases when needed
- Help collect and organise documentation for investigations and admin follow-ups
- Update tracking tools, system logs, notes and registers accurately
- Provide admin support for summaries and basic communication drafts
- Observe and learn member education/service sessions
- Support basic office operations and team admin tasks
- Participate in training, coaching and mentorship and take ownership of learning goals
- Follow compliance procedures and escalate risks appropriately

Eligibility requirements
- Matric
- Studying toward a relevant qualification (desirable)
- No experience required (admin or customer service exposure is an advantage)
- English plus another South African language
- Computer literacy
