What you’ll do / learn

You’ll spend the 12-month contract period gaining workplace exposure in a dealership/branch environment, building work readiness and practical experience that can support future job applications.

  • Gain hands-on workplace exposure in a Motus Retail dealership/branch environment
  • Build general work readiness (professional conduct, communication, reliability, teamwork)
  • Get broad exposure to automotive retail environments (e.g., sales, workshop, parts, admin support functions)

Note: This is a YES programme opportunity and does not guarantee permanent employment unless the employer confirms otherwise.

Eligibility requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Age: 18–34
  • Currently unemployed
  • Matric certificate (or equivalent)
  • Must not have participated in the YES programme before
