What this opportunity is
This is a customer-facing retail sales role focused on generating income and supporting store growth by delivering strong customer service, recommending suitable products, and meeting sales targets. The position also includes handling cash and credit processes and supporting merchandising to attract and retain customers.
What you’ll do / learn
You’ll support day-to-day sales activities on the retail floor, build product recommendation skills, and improve your ability to meet targets while following store processes and customer service standards.
- Perform sales activities to generate sales
- Work toward achieving sales budgets/targets and income goals
- Attract and retain customers through merchandising
- Action cash and credit processes/administration in line with policy
- Deal with customers in a customer-centric manner and support satisfaction

Eligibility requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 7–12 months sales experience (preferably in retail)
- Customer service orientation and good communication skills
- Teamwork, initiative, and attention to detail
- Basic retail knowledge and willingness to build strong product knowledge
