What you’ll do / learn
- Contact prospective students to market the Rosebank College brand.
- View existing student databases and contact existing students for referrals.
- Contact parents of existing students to enquire about possible sibling enrolments.
- Contact inactive students from the database.
- Make initial telephonic contact with prospective students.
- Introduce the brand and explain the purpose of the consultation.
- Set up telephonic consultations and interviews.
- Discuss prospective career options with students.
- Ask career-specific questions to establish a course of interest.
- Discuss courses in detail and check that the student understands the information.
- Respond to student or prospect queries and concerns.
- Advise students or prospects about acceptance into Rosebank College.
- Capture student details accurately on the database.
- Build rapport with students during the interview and consultation process.
- Advise students of relevant application closing dates.
