What you’ll do / learn

  • Coordinate learner enrolments, programme files and documentation.
  • Track class attendance, workplace attendance and learner progress.
  • Liaise with providers, facilitators, learners and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on programme progress and risks.
  • Assist with SETA and QCTO compliance requirements.
  • Support audits and evidence pack preparation.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents, assessment evidence and learner queries.
  • Maintain accurate administration records for learnership programmes.
  • Support communication between learners, training providers and internal teams.

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • A relevant HR, training, education or administration qualification will be advantageous.
  • Two years’ experience in learnership, training or skills development administration.
  • Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams skills.
