Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets and income budgets
- Deliver exceptional customer service that leads to repeat business
- Build customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending suitable products
- Support store presentation and merchandising to attract and retain customers
- Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies and procedures
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across all categories
- Uphold business policies, procedures, and retail standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 7 – 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
