This Inventory Clerk role is a permanent position within Prestige Cosmetics Group’s Distribution Team. The role focuses on helping the Distribution Centre manage stock accurately so that customer and client requirements can be fulfilled efficiently.
The successful candidate will work with inventory records, stock counts, replenishment, warehouse management system processes and communication between departments. This is a practical distribution role where accuracy, urgency and the ability to work under pressure are important.

What you’ll do / learn
- Check replenishment of stock into pick face bins.
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Count materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock.
- Report discrepancies between physical stock counts and computer records.
- Assist with developing or improving inventory management procedures.
- Stock and distribute supplies, equipment or merchandise.
- Reserve stock on the warehouse management system.
- Complete paperwork related to inventory movements.
- Communicate possible delays or operational issues to the line manager.
- Provide updates on customer orders and processes between departments.
- Assist other departments when operational needs require support.
- Assist with stock taking and inventory management activities.
- Maintain housekeeping in and around the Distribution Centre.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
