What this opportunity is

This is an 18-month graduate programme designed to provide structured development and meaningful workplace exposure. Graduates are placed into a chosen discipline area and supported with mentorship, training resources, and project exposure to build both technical and professional capability.

What you’ll do / learn

You’ll work on real initiatives that support business value, while building professional capability through learning sessions, coaching, and exposure to diverse projects and teams in your discipline.

  • Support the team with research, analysis, and delivery of key initiatives
  • Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Collaborate across teams in your discipline on projects and operational activities
  • Participate in learning opportunities, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, focusing on quality outcomes and continuous improvement

Note: This is a graduate programme/internship opportunity and does not guarantee permanent employment unless the employer confirms otherwise. This is a hybrid role and requires in-person attendance at an assigned office location for at least two days per week.

Eligibility requirements

  • Completed NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) relevant to your chosen area
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage your own tasks and deadlines
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindset
