What this opportunity is
This is a customer-facing retail sales role for applicants who can represent the Totalsports brand, deliver strong service, and contribute to store sales performance. The same role is available across three Totalsports stores, with location and schedule being the main differences between the listings.
What you’ll do / learn
You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment where the focus is on customer service, product knowledge, target-driven selling, and keeping the store ready for shoppers. The role also includes helping with stock replenishment and supporting a high-performance store culture.
- Be an ambassador for the Totalsports brand and offer strong customer service
- Exceed customer expectations by helping them find the best solutions
- Keep track of sales performance against target
- Sell across a diverse product range
- Stay up to date with décor and fashion trends
- Search out opportunities to make new sales
- Assist with replenishing stock so the store is ready for customers at all times
