What this opportunity is
This 12-month graduate internship gives the selected candidate exposure to SanlamConnect’s financial planning environment. The intern will work within the E-Hub, where consultants support brokers through non face-to-face service channels such as phone, email and web-based applications.
The role is suited to someone who wants to understand how broker support, sales administration, quotes, new business processing and existing business queries are handled in a structured financial services environment.
Who this opportunity may suit
This internship may suit an unemployed graduate who is interested in financial services, sales, broker support, marketing, client service or business development. It may also be suitable for someone who enjoys structured targets, professional communication and administrative accuracy.
Because the E-Hub servicing model is mainly electronic and non face-to-face, applicants should be comfortable using digital tools, handling queries professionally and communicating clearly with brokers and internal stakeholders.
