What you’ll do / learn
You’ll gain practical experience in sales-order administration, contract coordination, stakeholder reporting, SAP-related work, and project support in a controlled industrial environment.
- Support the capturing and administration of sales orders on SAP in line with the Contract Management Procedure under supervision
- Assist in coordinating designated product contracts across relevant functional teams such as planning, production, quality, and logistics
- Develop an understanding of assigned contracts, including scope, deliverables, milestones, and customer requirements
- Assist with stakeholder updates by preparing meeting notes, status information, and progress updates for review by the Contract Manager
- Support decision-making by gathering information, highlighting risks or delays, and escalating issues timeously
- Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable data packs
- Provide administrative and coordination support where required
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ISO-related compliance requirements linked to SHE, quality, environmental, and energy standards

Essential requirements
- NQF 6 qualification in Project Management or an equivalent qualification
