What this role really means

A communications and stakeholder role like this usually means helping information move smoothly between the organisation and the people it engages with. In practice, that can include drafting content, keeping contact records current, helping events run properly, following up with stakeholders, and supporting public-facing programmes behind the scenes. If you are applying, it helps to show that you can write clearly, stay organised, and handle detail-heavy coordination work without losing momentum.
