  • Handle payments and balance sales and receipts according to company procedures.
  • Process customer payments using the store’s Point of Sale system.
  • Remain aware of new products and keep product knowledge up to date.
  • Restock items and organise the sales floor according to standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
  • Maintain product knowledge to offer advice and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on promotions and special offers.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.

  • Handle customer queries timeously.
