Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen, aged 18–28.
- Matric preferred; minimum Grade 10 accepted.
- Must be unemployed and available for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
- Not currently studying full-time (April 2025–March 2026).
- Must not have participated in the YES programme before.
- Not previously permanently employed by a single employer for more than 1 year.
- Able to cover own accommodation and transport if required.
- Preference given to Employment Equity candidates.
