The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and sales, responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and contributing to the store’s overall performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to generate revenue and achieve targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and product displays.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately according to company policy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions.
• Contribute to the team’s performance and assist in achieving store goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Experience: 7–12 months’ sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Knowledge:
  • Basic retail operations and sales processes.
  • Business policies and product knowledge.
  • Customer relationship management.
