What you’ll do / learn

You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer messaging, campaign support, multi-channel communication, and digital marketing coordination in a fast-moving business environment.

  • Respond to social media comments and messages, mainly on Facebook, in a timely and professional way
  • Answer inbound customer calls and reply to emails and SMS messages when needed
  • Support marketing campaigns, including content creation, email/SMS campaigns, and digital advertising
  • Help manage the WhatsApp communication channel
  • Assist with reporting, analytics, and performance tracking for marketing and customer communications
  • Collaborate on projects to improve the customer journey and engagement
  • Contribute to CRM processes and marketing systems
  • Build practical experience in multi-channel customer communication and digital marketing support
