What you’ll do / learn
You’ll gain practical exposure to process engineering support, manufacturing documentation, industrialisation, BOM and master data control, and continuous improvement work in an automotive plant environment.
- Participate in reviewing process FMEAs

- Maintain manufacturing process documents for newly implemented machines
- Support continuous improvement and production through the process specialist network
- Maintain BOM and master data in line with cycle time, takt time, and standard operations
- Release manufacturing process documents and process flowcharts
- Support industrialisation trials and Run-at-Rate activities
- Participate in plant layout updates
- Support process productivity analysis, improvement action plans, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Help ensure FES and HSE standards and processes are followed at all times
