What you’ll do / learn

- Check that all required onboarding/application documents are received
- Complete compliance/process checks as part of onboarding administration
- Capture new business applications (NB applications)
- Log possible fixes/system issues on the quality centre
- Request outstanding information by phone or email
- Issue NB quotes and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Maintain SLA performance within processing pools
- Support testing and process improvements after system enhancements
- Capture, quality assure, and activate new investments; issue policy schedules; assist with queries
- Meet monthly assessment targets (minimum 90%)
