What you’ll do / learn

  • Complete compliance/process checks as part of onboarding administration
  • Capture new business applications (NB applications)
  • Log possible fixes/system issues on the quality centre
  • Request outstanding information by phone or email
  • Issue NB quotes and follow up on outstanding requirements
  • Maintain SLA performance within processing pools
  • Support testing and process improvements after system enhancements
  • Capture, quality assure, and activate new investments; issue policy schedules; assist with queries
  • Meet monthly assessment targets (minimum 90%)
