What you’ll do / learn

  • Follow cash-handling and drop-safe procedures.

  • Provide friendly, helpful and courteous customer service.
  • Report customer compliments and complaints to management.

Eligibility requirements

Essential requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate.
  • 0–6 months of retail work experience.

Advantageous requirements:

  • 1 year of work experience within retail.
  • Certification in Retail Business Management.

Special conditions of employment:

  • Must be able to work retail hours.
  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • MIE checks, no criminal record and clear credit rating required.
  • Driver’s licence and own reliable transport required.
