The successful applicants will support customer service and point-of-sale duties in-store.
- Adhere to Dis-Chem’s customer service policies and procedures.
- Build professional relationships with customers.
- Report customer complaints and compliments to the Frontline Supervisor or store management.
- Follow customer turnover hourly rate requirements.
- Stay aware of current sales and promotions.
- Help ensure colleagues and customers are not exposed to unnecessary risk.

- Be responsible for cash flow at the till.
- Ensure line voids and price changes are approved and signed off by a supervisor.
