What you will do

• Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, remain visible in the store and represent the Clicks brand.
• Carry out point-of-sale activities efficiently. Scan merchandise accurately, collect payments and action ClubCard rewards.
• Handle cash safely and promote ClubCard membership, including enrolling new members to support participation targets.
• Tell customers about promotions and keep your knowledge of products, ranges, promotions and events current so you can provide correct information.
• Complete merchandising and general housekeeping duties in line with store and visual-merchandising standards.
• Develop your product knowledge and share product information with relief staff to help maintain service continuity.
