What the role involves
- Operate the cash desk accurately and follow daily cash-control and banking procedures.
- Handle manual transactions when required.
- Assist with customer orders and daily stock procedures.
- Complete weekly stock counts, organise the storeroom and check shoe pairings.
- Use product knowledge to assist customers and support sales.
- Build customer relationships through professional and personalised service.
Minimum requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Six months to one year of retail experience.
- Luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred.
- Interest in fashion, footwear and customer service.
- Availability for weekends, holidays and peak trading hours.
- Numerical accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Good teamwork and relationship-building skills.
