What the job involves
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Store Salesperson will help the assigned division operate profitably and efficiently. The role combines product sales and marketing with inventory and administrative work.
- Promote products and contribute to store sales.
- Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory records.
- Complete sales administration and accurate data entry.
- Build customer relationships through helpful service and clear communication.
- Use company computer systems to track stock and support daily operations.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Ability to communicate well in both English and Afrikaans.
- Sales and negotiation ability.
- Inventory and stock-control skills.
- Good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning, organisation and time-management ability.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office or point-of-sale software experience.
- A proactive, accurate and customer-focused approach.
