What you’ll do / learn

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the Association.
  • Organise and maintain documentation such as project files, contracts and correspondence.

  • Assist the Association team with tasks, deadlines and project deliverables.

  • Support project operations and work with other teams where needed.
  • Assist with tracking engagement activities.
  • Support event planning, including concepts, themes, budgets, invoices, logistics and event timelines.
  • Help coordinate venue arrangements, catering and audiovisual requirements.
  • Support event promotion, marketing and communication activities.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration and attendee assistance.
  • Assist with organisational publications such as brochures, videos, social media posts and newsletters.
