• Take part in a 12-month tripartite learnership contract involving Feltex, MERSETA, and the learner
• Participate in structured on-the-job training
• Complete theoretical classroom-style learning
• Complete practical learning in the work environment
• Attend and complete all required theoretical and practical components of the learnership
• Work toward the exit qualification: National Certificate: Supply Chain Practitioner, NQF Level 5
