What you’ll do / learn

• Load bread according to picking slip
• Follow the pipeline loading sequence
• Count trays and balance trays in a truck
• Attend daily invocom
• Ensure that quality bread is loaded
• Ensure correct stock rotation using FIFO
• Report loading-related matters to management
• Follow company policy and procedures
