What this opportunity is
This is an entry-level digital marketing internship for someone who wants practical experience creating promotional content and supporting digital campaign execution. The role supports the marketing team with content creation, campaign coordination, approvals, and brand-aligned communication across print and digital channels.
What you’ll do / learn
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to digital content creation, campaign support, compliance-driven marketing processes, and brand collaboration in a regulated corporate environment. The role includes working with internal tools, supporting approvals, and helping the team roll out digital initiatives under supervision.
- Create promotional content for print and digital channels across different brands
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines for tone, style, and visual identity
- Adapt content for different delivery methods
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Help schedule and publish promotional content across available channels
- Assist with the BeSure system and upload promotional material for approvals
- Use available digital tools and support selected digital initiatives such as applications and webcasts
- Work closely with Brand Managers to create content aligned to strategy
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

Eligibility requirements
- University degree in digital marketing or an equivalent field
- Exposure to tools/platforms such as Canva, Shaman, Adobe, WhatsApp for Business, and Kaltura is beneficial
- Scientific acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt, organise, prioritise, and work effectively in a matrix environment
- Understanding of ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong integrity, teamwork, and customer focus
- Project management ability and strong execution drive
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and graphic design
- Creativity and interest in digital trends and consumer behaviour
- English language proficiency
