What the Millwright learner programme involves
The purpose of the programme is to train and develop successful applicants towards becoming qualified Millwright artisans.
Training will be completed in accordance with the applicable requirements of the relevant SETA, the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and the National Artisan Moderation Body (NAMB).
A Millwright works across both mechanical and electrical equipment. The programme therefore provides technical exposure that combines these two areas while developing the practical skills required in an industrial and mining environment.
