What you’ll do / learn

The role gives successful applicants practical exposure to packing department operations, product stacking, quality checks, sanitation and production support in a milling environment.

  • Manually remove materials and products from machines and equipment.
  • Stack and palletise finished cases on the correct pallets.
  • Inspect materials and products for defects.
  • Date-code each case with the correct manufacturing product sticker.
  • Participate in physical labour work when required.
  • Assist with lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads of approximately 25kg.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Fill out finished goods tickets neatly and accurately with the required information.
  • Produce quality stacked products.
  • Assist maintenance with troubleshooting where required.
  • Check bottom and end seals for quality.
  • Perform sanitation duties as assigned.

Note: This is a permanent General Worker Stacker role in a milling environment. Applicants should be prepared for physical work, shift work, heavy equipment areas, hot and noisy conditions, and production-related safety requirements.
