Premier – General Worker Loader

Premier FMCG is recruiting a General Worker: Loader at Blue Ribbon Mafikeng, North West. The position involves loading and unloading bread on site.

At a glance

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 with numerical skills.
• At least three months’ similar experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

What the role involves

• Load and unload bread in the prescribed sequence.
• Count and reconcile bread trays on trucks.
• Check bread quality and rotate stock using first-in, first-out (FIFO).
• Attend daily operational meetings and report loading issues to supervisors.
• Follow the employer’s operating procedures.

Working conditions and skills

The schedule includes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Applicants should consider how they will travel to and from work when shifts fall outside normal daytime hours.
