• Work with a line manager and take responsibility for business deliverables.
• Work on business challenges and gain exposure to Lesaka's businesses, customers, markets and operations across functions and geographies.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to improve productivity, automate work, enhance customer experiences and solve business problems.
• Contribute to an executive-sponsored business challenge and present a recommendation to senior leadership.
• Take part in a community or CSI contribution.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving ability, adaptability, curiosity about technology and business, and a desire to create impact.
• You do not need previous fintech experience.
