Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- 1–2 years in a retail environment
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service at the service centre
- Assist in achieving store sales targets through service-related sales support
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist and advise customers
- Support store merchandising and presentation standards
- Contribute to the safety and security of the store
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and effective self-management
