Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate assessment development and moderation processes and provide consolidated feedback.
- Set and monitor assessment timelines, release schedules, and feedback deadlines.
- Source assessment briefs from faculties and ensure assessments are released as scheduled.
- Conduct basic checks on assessment readiness and review assessments on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate and manage assessment-related queries on a daily basis.
- Monitor incoming queries, distribute them to relevant stakeholders, and follow up on resolutions.
- Support quality checks on online assessment systems, including alignment between module briefs, gradebooks, and assessment schedules.
- Provide administrative support to users of the online assessment system.
- Assist with ad hoc academic projects, such as module mapping activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Higher Certificate in Office Administration or Management Assistant.
- A relevant Business or Education qualification will be an advantage.
- No prior work experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with practical experience in tracking and managing data.
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Moodle) or assessment/proctoring software will be an advantage.
