RCL Foods is seeking a Cashier to join its Commercial team in Benoni, Gauteng. The role is responsible for handling cash deposits, balancing and recording cash transactions, and ensuring strict adherence to cash security procedures within the cash office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive all cash deposits from delivery drivers.
- Count cash received and balance it against deposit slips.
- Record cash and cheques accurately in the cash-up summary.
- Prepare and make up bank deposits.
- Record seal numbers in the relevant cash registers.
- Ensure all cash is securely locked in the safe overnight.
- Remove previous day’s takings from the premises by 11:00 am the following day.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity when handling cash.
- Ability to follow strict procedures and controls.
- Good organisational skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics.
- Must reside in or around Benoni, Gauteng.
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment (cash office or banking) is advantageous.
