Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide professional, friendly customer service.
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and secure checkout area.
  • Assist customers with product-related queries and general store information.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and issue receipts in line with company procedures.
  • Support team members with light stocking and merchandising when required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric).
  • Previous cashier or retail experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
