Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly customer service.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure checkout area.
- Assist customers with product-related queries and general store information.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and issue receipts in line with company procedures.
- Support team members with light stocking and merchandising when required.

Eligibility Criteria
- National Senior Certificate (Matric).
