Discovery is inviting eligible young people to apply for four financial-services learnership opportunities in Sandton and Cape Town.

The programmes combine structured learning with practical workplace experience and lead to nationally recognised qualifications in Wealth Management or Long-Term Insurance.

Important: The four vacancies have different business units, age limits and target groups. The People Living with Disabilities programme in Cape Town is strictly reserved for applicants living with disabilities.

• Mathematical Literacy at a minimum of Level 5 / 60%.
• English at a minimum of Level 4 / 50%.
• A second language at a minimum of Level 4 / 50%.

General eligibility requirements

• Have completed Grade 12 / Matric.
• Meet the subject and mark requirements.

An incomplete tertiary qualification may be advantageous. For the Wealth Management programmes, an incomplete financial qualification is specifically listed as an advantage.

Citizenship requirements

The two Sandton Wealth Management adverts state that only South African candidates by birth will be considered.

The two Cape Town Long-Term Insurance adverts do not publish a separate citizenship requirement in their visible eligibility sections. Applicants should answer any citizenship questions in the official application accurately.
