Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions under supervision, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with policies, guidelines, and legislation.
  • Perform account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure correct accounting period allocation.
  • Prepare and compile supporting documentation for approvals before processing journals for income and expense allocation.
  • Follow up and resolve queries from divisions, suppliers, or customers, escalating where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial documents (e.g., journals and invoices) for audit and reference purposes.
  • Track open orders and support accuracy for financial reporting and year-end accruals.
  • Assist with financial report preparation and provide allocation details for deposits received.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes to meet deadlines and ensure timely processing of transactions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Three-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Ability to apply basic accounting principles.
  • Basic knowledge of VAT principles.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and email.
