Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions under supervision, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with policies, guidelines, and legislation.
- Perform account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure correct accounting period allocation.
- Prepare and compile supporting documentation for approvals before processing journals for income and expense allocation.
- Follow up and resolve queries from divisions, suppliers, or customers, escalating where required.
- Maintain accurate records of financial documents (e.g., journals and invoices) for audit and reference purposes.
- Track open orders and support accuracy for financial reporting and year-end accruals.
- Assist with financial report preparation and provide allocation details for deposits received.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes to meet deadlines and ensure timely processing of transactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Three-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Ability to apply basic accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge of VAT principles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and email.
