What you’ll do / learn

You’ll gain practical exposure to freezer logistics operations, product handling, warehouse housekeeping, food-safety compliance, and loading and offloading work.

• Perform general warehouse duties in line with company standards and Health & Safety requirements
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse, offices, ablution facilities, canteen, and external areas
• Carry out specific cleaning tasks when required, including freezer areas, ice removal, and deep cleaning with PPE
• Load, offload, and stack products according to instructions from the Shift Manager or Supervisor
• Ensure correct products and quantities are handled and loaded
• Report damaged goods or discrepancies immediately
• Maintain cleanliness in loading and receiving areas at all times
• Comply with all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and warehouse procedures
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Complete required induction training and follow operational guidelines
• Perform additional reasonable duties as instructed by management

• Matric / Grade 12
