What you’ll do / learn
You’ll build practical banking skills through hands-on tasks that support deal work, client research, and solution development.
- Gain hands-on work experience in Citi’s corporate banking environment
- Build exposure to a broad range of financial services and products
- Develop foundational financial modelling skills and support solution development work
- Conduct research and analyse industry trends to support client work
- Participate in client development activities and learn how relationship-driven banking works
Eligibility requirements
- Open to Undergraduate, Honours, and Masters university students
- Strong academic record (Matric and university)
- Interest in financial markets and current affairs
- All degree disciplines may be considered (Finance/Accounting/Economics/Maths/Actuarial/Engineering/IT are helpful but not required)
- Analytical and quantitative skills; communication and organisation skills; ability to work well in a team
