What this opportunity is
This is an entry-level graduate trainee opportunity designed to help recent graduates launch a career within CBRE Excellerate. Successful applicants will receive training, mentoring, and hands-on experience while working on real projects and developing a broader understanding of the business.
What you’ll do / learn
You’ll rotate through work linked to the business, support teams in day-to-day operations and projects, and build practical finance-related experience in a real workplace setting. The role is aimed at graduates in Financial Management or Accounting and includes structured development.
- Participate in structured training and development programmes
- Support departments in daily operations and project work
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports
- Assist with problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Collaborate across teams to support organisational goals
- Present findings and recommendations to senior staff when required

Eligibility requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university
- Must be a recent graduate (2025 or 2026)
