What this opportunity is

What you’ll do / learn

You’ll rotate through work linked to the business, support teams in day-to-day operations and projects, and build practical finance-related experience in a real workplace setting. The role is aimed at graduates in Financial Management or Accounting and includes structured development.

  • Participate in structured training and development programmes
  • Support departments in daily operations and project work
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports
  • Assist with problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Collaborate across teams to support organisational goals
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior staff when required

Eligibility requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university
  • Must be a recent graduate (2025 or 2026)
  • Strong academic record and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
