Afrimat – Weighbridge Clerk (Worcester)

Accurate records matter in quarry dispatch. Afrimat CM Western Cape is recruiting a clerk to support vehicle weighing and transaction administration.

Important: This is an experience-required junior vacancy, not a no-experience learnership. Weighbridge or industrial experience, an administration certificate and a driving licence are advantageous.

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 and 1–2 years of administration experience.
• Stock-control, reconciliation or data-capture experience; Microsoft Office proficiency and strong numeracy.
• Customer-service, communication and record-keeping skills; ability to handle a busy environment.

Medical fitness must meet the applicable mine-safety and company standards.

Key duties

• Record vehicle weights, produce dispatch paperwork and reconcile transactions.
• Monitor aggregate dispatches, report discrepancies and support customers and operational reporting.
