Minimum requirements
- Matric.
- One year of experience, with accounting knowledge.
- Computer skills in Syspro and Microsoft Excel.
Tertiary education is advantageous. Applicants also need clear communication, accuracy, attention to detail, administrative ability and problem-solving skills.
What the role involves
- Process van sheets, stock movements, credit returns and invoices.
- Complete previous-day processing and daily driver reconciliations on time.
- Assist drivers with queries and obtain the necessary reconciliation signatures.
- Escalate pricing discrepancies.
- Scan delivery documents and claims into Capisol and clear its daily queue.
- Match claims to credit-note references.
