What you will do

• Price stock correctly and check that each price matches its shelf talker. Keep shelf talkers clean and position them to the far left of the product.
• Pack, categorise and display stock neatly so products are accessible to customers, using the store’s Block System when merchandising.
• Help plan promotional and fixed displays for approval, obtain props and accessories, and build the displays.
• Keep the shop floor and aisles clean, clear of goods and accessible to customers. Remove hazards and products from under shelves, and maintain housekeeping in your work area.
• Check transfer numbers against the relevant transfer details, including the branches transferring stock and the date.
• Participate in perpetual stocktakes and carry out other work-related tasks delegated by your supervisor.

Minimum application requirements

• You need Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification, or the specified Retail Operations Leadership or NQF Level 3 Stock Management course with at least 54 credits if you do not have Matric.
