What you’ll do / learn

The successful applicant will support bread loading, stock control and despatch activities.

  • Load bread according to the picking slip.
  • Manage stock through transfers and GRVs.
  • Count trays and balance trays in trucks.
  • Attend daily invocoms.
  • Ensure that quality bread is loaded.
  • Apply correct stock rotation using FIFO principles.
  • Account for all stock received and dispatched.
  • Provide daily reports.
  • Support on-time truck departures.
  • Assist with queries.
  • Relieve Despatch Clerks when required.
  • Make invocom presentations when required.
