What you’ll do / learn

You’ll gain practical exposure to customer service, cinema operations, product preparation, cashier work, guest experience support, and operational housekeeping in a cinema environment.

• Work as cashier at box office sales, catering sales, or collections when required
• Support cinema assistant, waiter, poppers, or other cinema functions as requested
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ster-Kinekor products and promotions to support upselling
• Ensure presentation standards are maintained, including displays, posters, synopsis files, and disclaimers
• Prepare popcorn, slush, and related products according to quality standards
• Assist in shift preparation where required
• Help protect the quality and integrity of Ster-Kinekor products
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, counter areas, and surrounding areas
• Ensure storerooms stay within standards and that fumigation happens when required
• Ensure prepared products are sealed, packaged, and stored correctly
• Ensure health and safety reports are submitted on time
• Follow uniform and preparation standards for your own safety and that of others
