What you’ll do / learn
You’ll gain practical exposure to recruitment support, HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, documentation, and employee engagement work.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and exits
- Maintain HR tracking sheets such as recruitment, leave, and new joiner reports
