What this opportunity is
This is a TVET graduate / internship opportunity aimed at developing core skills through on-the-job training in an agricultural business environment. The role supports the Agri Admin department through different administration-related tasks so that the intern can gain practical workplace experience linked to Work Integrated Learning (WIL) or in-service training needs.
Note: Despite the agricultural setting, this is not mainly a general farm labour role. It is better suited to someone who is comfortable with orders, invoices, registers, documentation, reports, and system-based admin work that supports poultry and farm services operations.

- A TVET student or graduate who still needs practical workplace exposure to complete a qualification
- Someone interested in agriculture or poultry operations but also comfortable with office and coordination work
- An applicant who is organised, accurate, and willing to learn company systems and compliance processes
- A person who wants admin-linked agricultural experience in a formal corporate environment
What you’ll do / learn
You’ll gain practical exposure to agricultural administration, poultry support processes, logistics documentation, compliance-related systems, and day-to-day operational coordination under supervision.

What this role really means
An internship like this usually means learning how agricultural operations are supported behind the scenes, not only out in the field. In practice, that can include helping with orders, tracking records, managing compliance documents, supporting logistics and veterinary-related admin, and learning how operational systems fit together. If you are applying, it helps to show that you are dependable, accurate, and comfortable handling admin work that supports production and farm service processes.
