What this opportunity is
This internship is centred on data warehouse support work, especially around documenting and analysing table metadata in Extract and Transform environments. The role is focused on identifying package names, source systems, update frequency, key columns, indexes, stored procedures, and related table references, while also supporting standardisation work around procedure layout, logging, and variable definition standards.
Note: The advert states that there is no specific education required, but it does require a keen interest in databases and technology. This means the role may suit an applicant who wants entry exposure to technical data work even without a formal specialist qualification listed on the vacancy.
