What you’ll do / learn

You’ll gain workplace exposure linked to customer service, administration, sales activity, and compliance in a banking environment, while participating in learning and development interventions aligned to the programme.

  • Attend and participate in all workplace experiences against agreed development objectives
  • Attend and participate in all training and development interventions against agreed development objectives
  • Provide support to customers and the team as required to maintain team performance
  • Carry out required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting
  • Actively work leads and support achievement of agreed strike rates
  • Work toward minimum talk times and productivity requirements
  • Provide service excellence and support customer satisfaction
  • Maintain client information in a confidential manner
  • Follow prescribed scripts to ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards
